 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing experience with AGA Services! My garbage disposal hasn’t worked in months. My drains were backing up into my dishwasher. And dishwasher backed up into my sink. Andy called me back within minutes of leaving a voicemail and got me on the calendar for the following day. Andy finished his day early and called me to ask if he could come same day. Of course I said yes. He was  here within the hour, very kind, and so patient with my 5 year old who wanted to play 20 questions. Andy had us all fixed up within a hour! They’re my go to plumber now!

The technician showed up as planned, worked efficiently, and even took the time to explain it all to me with photos. My AC unit needed some other repairs but instead of being pushy and forcing a sale, he emailed me a quote with the information, so I can discuss with my husband and agree to the work at a later time. I talked to AGA HVAC SERVICES this morning and they told me someone could come out later this morning. They gave me an approximate time someone would arrive. I received a text from Andy a few hours later notifying me that he was on his way. He was so nice and very professional. He found the problem and had the air conitioner running in a very short time. He explained everything he did and then left to go to help the next person.  I really recommend AGA HVAC SERVICES and Andy is the best. Thank you so much AGA HVAC and thank you Andy ! He showed up exactly at the quoted time and was very professional with a pleasant smile and attitude. But the main item was that while looking at the gas line setup to my water heater they noticed a gas smell.  They got their soap spray and checked for a leak and found it in two places. He consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty, not only repairing what is broken, but also performing preventative maintenance. They came to my property extremely quick for what I’ve been accustomed to with other companies and completed the job I asked of them in a timely manner. I have no complaints whatsoever. I am the Marketing Director for SuperChix, a local restaurant in Hoover, and Mr.Andy with AGA Services does the maintenance for our units. For the first few years of us opening, we struggled with inconsistency in our air conditioning system throughout the restaurant. This caused customer complaints and discomfort with my staff. After having Mr. Andy clean and maintenance our units, dealing with the air conditioning is a thing of the past. I am fully confident walking into the sorry everyday and know if there is any issues with my unit, AGA will have get handled.

I didn’t know what to do, but luckily a friend of mine referred Andy with AGA and he came the same day. Fixed the problem in no time and basically saved my life. We first thought that the compressor had gone out, but after further investigation, the problem was found to be a loose wire, and one other small piece.
