Estimates provided verbally or in writing are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if additional work is required once a technician has diagnosed the issue on site.

2. Scheduling, Estimates & Payment

Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to prior jobs, weather, or parts availability. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of invoicing.

3. Warranties

Workmanship and equipment warranties, where offered, will be described in your invoice or proposal. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms. AGA Services, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or third-party work.
